Enesel S.A. is a ship-management company based in Athens, Greece, operating a diverse fleet of modern high specification tankers.

The average age of the current fleet is 5.3 years. All existing vessels are constructed to the highest international standards in first-class shipyards. The entire fleet is chartered to high profile charterers and operators on both a voyage and time-charter basis.

Enesel S.A. provides a customised range of services, including but not limited to technical management, provision of personnel, new build support, purchasing, vessel commercial management, accounting and consultancy expanding now also to other shipowners.

The company is a full member of the Union of Greek Shipowners (UGS), Intertanko, BIMCO, and Helmepa.

Enesel Dry S.A. is a ship-management company based in Athens, Greece that was established in November 2022. The Company manages 15,000 and 11,000 TEU containerships as well as bulk carriers. The average age of the current fleet is 11.2 years. All vessels are constructed to the highest international standards in first-class shipyards.

Enesel Dry S.A. is an active member of the Cyprus Union of Ship-owners (CUS), Intercargo, BIMCO, and Maritime Anti-Corruption Network (MACN).

Enesel Group Ltd. is the London based Shipping entity, which commercially manages the Tanker fleet under UK tonnage tax and provides ship agency services to the tanker and container vessel owning entities. Chartering activities are also led from the UK under this entity.

Enesel Investment Advisory manages investments across the shipping and related sectors, offering strategic advisory services on hedging, risks management and market analysis to the Group.

The financial team is responsible for investments, trading, research, and risk management, with trading desks focused on bunkers, carbon, equities and FFAs.

Enesel Bulk Logistics (EBL), a dry bulk operator and logistics company, has global presence with offices in Dubai, Singapore, Lubeck and Santiago. Enesel Bulk Logistics DMCC was the first office to be incorporated in Dubai in October 2021, followed by Singapore and Lubeck offices in 2023 and 2024 respectively. The latest addition to the EBL network is the Santiago office, launched in March 2025.

EBL’s business model involves both the shipment of sole and parcel cargoes, as well as the chartering in of vessels from owners on a short or long-term basis to efficiently match cargo demand. Our strategically located offices across the globe also enable us to provide effective and value-driven solutions to our clients.

EBL shares the same ethos that has brought success to Enesel Group for nearly two centuries – namely a client-first approach in delivering the highest quality service. As with all Enesel Group companies, EBL strives for excellence in everything that it does, and seeks to operate in a responsible manner, whilst fostering close relationships with its clients and suppliers.

Clients include global trading houses, miners, industrialists and shipowners.

Enesel Pte. Ltd. was established in Singapore in 2013 to act as the administrative and commercial managers of 14 modern, high specification containerships all delivered from Hyundai Heavy Industries in Korea during 2013 and 2014 and fixed out on long term time charters to highly reputable operators. After the sale of 12 of these vessels, the role of Enesel Pte. Ltd. is to oversee all owning-related administration of the remaining two vessels, including close co-ordination and liaison with the Maritime & Port Authority of Singapore (MPA). Enesel Pte. Ltd. is also responsible for regional business development, managing local and Asian based banking relationships and other commercial activities aimed at strengthening and enhancing the Enesel brand in Asia.

Enesel Pte. Ltd. works closely with Enesel Dry S.A. and Enesel Group Ltd.

Enesel ApS was established in July 2022 in Copenhagen and is the exclusive Agent of Enesel Group’s dry bulk activities.

Its small yet dedicated team of industry experts focus on the dry cargo market and provide quality commercial consultancy to the Group.

Chartering, Sale and Purchase, operational services as well as projects are part of the services provided by our dedicated team, using extensive shipping knowledge , industry experience and large network.

The Copenhagen outfit currently provides advisory services in relation to a fleet of three modern Capesize vessels, all employed in long term charters with leading industry counterparts.
